• Dignified Housing Solutions: Stratford is growing, but housing affordability remains one of the most pressing hurdles for working families, seniors, and fixed-income residents. Geza will advocate for municipal policies that prioritize practical, geared-to-income housing developments.

• Supporting the Unhoused: True community strength is measured by how we treat our most vulnerable. Geza is committed to working with local social services, emergency shelters, and regional partners to ensure unhoused individuals have access to reliable resources, safety, and pathways to stability.

02 Pillar: Inclusive Community & Newcomer Integration

• Strengthening Perth-Huron’s Diversity: Stratford’s cultural richness is one of its greatest assets. Drawing on his extensive background in human rights and community building (including founding the Multicultural Association of Perth-Huron), Geza will work to ensure that local programs actively celebrate and support cultural integration.

• Resources for Newcomers & Families: Moving to a new city or country comes with severe structural hurdles. Geza champions robust networks to help arriving families navigate documentation, housing, healthcare, and employment, ensuring they can put down deep roots in Stratford.
